Jesus Bustillos, a man of resilience, dedication, and unwavering commitment, founded Plans for Life in 1999 with his beloved wife, Norma Angelica Garibay. Together, they built an insurance agency based in El Paso, Texas, that was driven by a mission to educate families on financial security through health insurance, life insurance, and disability insurance. Jesus and Norma had a vision of providing families the tools they needed to achieve their dreams, and Plans for Life became their vehicle for doing so.

Over the years, Jesus Bustillos faced many challenges, but none as devastating as the loss of his wife, Norma, in 2021 after a long battle with cancer. In 2023, he met Ana Yasir, who brought joy and healing into his life. Tragically, Ana passed away in 2024, leaving Jesus once again heartbroken but more determined than ever to continue the mission he and Norma had started.

Today, Jesus Bustillos continues to lead Plans for Life with the same passion, offering expert guidance on the ACA, Medicare, and life insurance. His philosophy is simple: “We ask better questions to get better answers, leading to better results.” His focus remains on helping families and businesses secure their future with better financial education.
